How We Review: The Checklist Behind Every Operator Description Here

A methodology page is only worth reading if it tells you what the site got wrong as readily as what it got right. So this one is written as a boundary: here is what we check, here is the exact point at which checking stops and claims begin, and here is what money cannot buy on this site. JILI998 is an independent guide. It is not a casino, takes no deposits, runs no games, and publishes no scores or operator rankings. 21+.

The checks, and where each one stops

CheckWhat counts as a passWhere our ability to verify ends
Licence disclosureA named regulator and licence identity written in text, findable from the footer, and present on that regulator's own published listA licence can lapse or be suspended without the page changing, so the check is a snapshot
Payment railsThe cashier names the specific e-wallets and transfer networks used, and the website and the app agreeWhether any payment clears, how fast, or at what cost; those are the operator's to publish
Terms clarityWagering requirement, expiry, maximum bet during a bonus and withdrawal conditions are each findable within about a minuteNothing: this is purely a test of the published document, and it is the most reliable check here
KYC rulesIdentity requirements are described before you deposit, not discovered at cash-out, with the documents listedHow the policy is applied to an individual account, which we cannot see
Complaint routeA named internal escalation and a named external one, reachable without asking an agent for the linkWhether it works in practice
Responsible-gaming toolsDeposit and loss limits, session reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion, with it stated whether they are self-serveWhether a limit actually holds, which is only observable from inside an account
Support and distributionReal channels with stated hours, and honesty about how the app is installedResponse times and quality, which cannot be sampled fairly from outside

Read the third column as the important one. Most review sites publish the first two and leave the third out, which is what turns a description into an advertisement.

Verified, claimed, and the words we use for each

If a sentence here says an operator states, the page claims or the badge asserts, we are reporting something we read and could not independently confirm. If it says a document shows, you should be able to open that document and see the same thing. We try never to blur the two, because the blur is where readers get hurt.

  • Verifiable from outside: the existence and wording of licence claims, terms, cashier rails, support channels, complaint routes and install practices
  • Not verifiable from outside: payout speed, fees, minimums, account decisions, how support behaves under pressure, whether a specific session was fair
  • Not verifiable by anybody, ever: that a game is due, that a strategy beats the house edge, or that a session proves or disproves a published RTP

Why we do not score

A score out of five implies a scale, a weighting and a measurement. We have none of those for an operator. We can tell you whether the wagering requirement took thirty seconds or ten minutes to find; we cannot responsibly convert that into 4.2 and sit it next to a payout speed we never tested. So the operator pages read as findings in sentences, with the weighing left to you. It is slower. It is also much harder to dress up.

The same logic rules out a best casinos table. A ranked list implies that the inputs are comparable measurements. Here they are mostly claims, and ranking claims produces a league table of marketing.

What money does and does not buy

Some outbound links on this site may be partner links, which means a commission is possible if a reader follows one and later signs up somewhere. That is how the site is funded, and saying so is part of the method rather than a footnote to it. What it does not do is change a single word. No payment adds an adjective, moves a page up, or deletes a criticism, and no operator sees a page before it is published.

A useful test you can apply to any site including this one: find the negative sentence. If a page cannot name one thing that is unclear, missing or unverifiable about what it is linking to, it is selling rather than describing.

Revision, and the one reason a page changes

Pages here are rewritten when what they describe changes: a licence claim appears or vanishes, a terms document is reissued, a rail is added or dropped, a channel closes. The date on the page is the date of that check, not a freshness signal added for its own sake. And if you can demonstrate that something here is wrong, that is a reason to change it, which is more than most other reasons manage.

The disclosures that belong on every page

  • This is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits and runs no games.
  • There is no named human reviewer presented as an authority here, because a byline you cannot verify adds no evidence.
  • Nobody on this site has tested a withdrawal, counted a payout time, or played with an operator's money.
  • Operator-specific numbers belong to the operator and live in its cashier.
  • Gambling is for adults aged 21 and over, costs money over time, and no page here changes that arithmetic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there no score or star rating?

Because a score implies measurement and the inputs are mostly claims. We publish findings in sentences and leave the weighing to you.

Do you earn money from the links?

Possibly. Some outbound links may be partner links that earn a commission after a sign-up. No payment changes any wording, placement or criticism, and no operator previews a page.

Why will you not say how fast withdrawals are?

We have not tested one and could not do so fairly. Payout timing, fees and minimums are set by the operator and published in its cashier; that is the place to read them.

Who is the author?

The site publishes its criteria instead of a byline. What matters is whether each statement traces to a document you can open yourself, and you should hold the pages to that.

Can you intervene with an operator for me?

No. This site has no access to any account and cannot move money or resolve a dispute. The route is operator support, then your e-wallet or bank through their own app, then the regulator, then the cybercrime authorities.
